State Scholarship Program (SSP)
The SSP was established by virtue of RA 4090, otherwise known as the State Scholarship Law, for poor but deserving students who belong to the top ten of the graduating class in High School and who intend to enroll in priority courses in selected higher education instructions. Applicants should not be more than 25 years old at the time of application to the program. Their parents/guardians must have a combined gross annual income of not more than PhP120,000.00.

2. Selected Ethnic Group Educational Assistance Program (SEGEAP)
The SEGEAP is the PANAMIN scholarship program that was transferred to the DECS through a Memorandum of Agreement duly signed by both Secretaries of the PANAMIN and DECS on July 30, 1977. This study grant can be availed of by members of the who are poor but belonging to the upper 15% of the graduating class in high school excluding non-indigenous people have leadership potentials, and intend to enroll in priority courses in selected.

3. National Integration Study Grant Program (NISGP)
​
The NISGP was established by virtue of PD 193 on May 15, 1973 for the members of the cultural minority groups who are poor but belong to the upper 15% of the graduating class in high school excluding non-indigenous people and who intend to enroll in priority courses in selected HEI’s. Applicants should not be more than 25 years old at the time of application and their parents/guardians must have a gross annual income of not more than PhP 120,000.00.

4. DND-CHED-PASUC Scholarship Program
The Department of National Defense-Commission on Higher Education-Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (DND-CHED-PASUC) Memorandum of Agreement [MOA] dated 22 March 2004 provides educational benefits to children of military personnel in order to contribute to the enhancement of our soldiers will to fight by ensuring his children's education. This Scholarship Program applies only to the legitimate/ legitimated children of Killed in Action (KIA), Complete Disability Discharge- Combat Related (CDD-CR), and Active military personnel who are below 21 years of age at the beginning of the school year when they seek enrollment.

5. DOST-SEI Scholarship Program
​
The Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) Undergraduate Scholarship shall award scholarship slots, subject to availability of funds, to college students, who belong to families with total family annual income of P120, 000.00 or less, and who are currently enrolled in any of the institutions and DOST priority courses.

6. Cagayan Provincial Government Assistance Program (CPGAP)
​
This Program is open to financially needy but determined and deserving students enrolled in the different degree program courses offered by various Colleges and University in the province that are accredited by the Provincial Scholarship Board, provided that students meet the requirements set by the Provincial Scholarship Board.

7. Pres. Diosdado Macapagal Agrarian Scholarship Program(PMASP)
​
The scholarship program is applicable to all qualified dependents of Agrarian Reform Board (ARBs) in all municipalities, provinces and regions of the country where there is CARP being implemented. Qualified ARBs should be CLOA holders, either as amortizing owners, hire workers of a commercial farm placed under the coverage of CARP or Agricultural lessees duly registered with DLR. On the other hand, qualified dependents may either the sons/daughters/grandchildren/wards of ARBs who are the legal guardians of the applicants. For this purpose only one (1) family member of an ARB will be qualified to become a grantee of the scholarship program.

8. AVE- PASUC Scholarship Grant
​
The program is open to sophomore students taking up Science and Technology related courses and who come from a family with an aggregate monthly income of not more than P8, 000. 00 and with a weighted average of at least 2.0 and grades no lower than 2.5 can avail of the grant.

9. Barangay Study Grant Program
​
All qualified and deserving children of the punong barangay, sangguniang barangay officials, barangay treasurer, barangay secretary who are currently enrolled in the university shall be exempted from payment of tuition fee while enrolled in the public tertiary schools, including state colleges and universities. To qualify for the privilege, the said recipient/s shall enroll in the state college or university within or nearest their area of jurisdiction and must not incurred a failing grades from his/her subjects. The study grant program shall be limited to a maximum of two (2) legitimate children.
MBFI-Boysen Scholarship Program

In 2004, Pacific Paint (Boysen) Philippines, Inc., a long-time valued client of Metrobank and market leader in the industry, expressed their intention to provide scholarship grants to deserving college students. Boysen Paint hopes to further enhance its corporate social responsibility program by providing access to quality higher education. 10 scholarship grants are granted to incoming 2nd year Architecture students to those enrolled in University of the Philippines-Diliman and University of Santo Tomas. 100% coverage of tuition and miscellaneous fees, monthly allowance plus supplemental formation and training activities are some of its benefits.

With total annual family income not exceeding P 300,000 for a family of 5 as evidenced by a certified true copy of the latest Income Tax Return or when not applicable, an affidavit stating information about the sources and amount of income and number of family members;

A Filipino citizen as evidenced by a certified true copy of Birth Certificate (original must be presented for authentication purposes);

Not concurrently a recipient of any major scholarship or financial aid (e.g., pre-need educational plans, DOST or other academic-related scholarship, etc.) as attested to in a duly-notarized affidavit;

Applicants shall submit a Certification stating awards received in both academic, extra- and co-curricular activities in the previous year issued by the Dean of the College of Architecture;

Physically fit as evidenced by a Medical Certificate from a qualified physician; and

Of good moral character as evidenced by the Dean of the College of Architecture.

To retain the scholarship, the following conditions must be met every semester

A semestral grade point average not lower than 85% or its equivalent, with no failing grades;

Must not drop any subject nor cancel enrollment for the period during which they enjoy the scholarship without prior approval of MBFI;

Must not change or shift course major;
-
Must carry the full semestral load as prescribed by the respective scholar’s department or program adviser;
-
Must generally not enjoy major financial assistance, grant or scholarship, from other external sources; and
-
Shall be prohibited from accepting any kind of employment while on scholarship, the intent being to require them to devote full time to their studies.

A. Entrance Scholarships
1. Valedictorians from any governments recognized high school duly certified by the principal are given full tuition scholarships for one semester.
2. Salutatorians for any government recognized high school, duly certified by the principal are given half tuition scholarships for one semester.
3. Honors student from recognized college and universities enrolling at the CEFI shall be granted tuition scholarships for one semester provided they have satisfied the requirements for admission.
• Suma Cum Laude – 100% free tuition
• Magna Cum Laude – 70% free tuition
• Cum Laude – 50% free tuition

​B. Academic Scholarships
CEFI students obtaining an academic grade-average of:
A. 1.4 or better are given 100% tuition discount for one semester.
B. 1.75 – 1.5 are given 50% tuition discount for one semester provided the following condition are met;
1. The students carried the regular semester load;
2. The student had no grade below 2.0 in any subject;
3. The students had no failing grades in P.E. Or NSTP.
• Certificates of recognition are also issued to these students who qualify for the academic scholarships.
C. Other Scholarships
1. Faculty members of the CEFI pursuing a course at this institution may also be given tuition discounts. Ditto with children of CEFI faculty members who are enrolled in any of the programs of the institution on a case-to case basis.
2. Special scholarships may be granted to graduates who garner a place in the top twenty of licensure examinations given yearly by the Professional Regulation Commission. The condition shall be set by the Administration.
3. Miss CEFI is given free tuition aid for one school year as a part of her prize. The equivalent amount in cash is refundable to the holder of the title if she is graduating.
4. Work opportunities such as student assistants are available to those who need financial help. Interested students may address their request to their School head.
5. Students who qualify for membership in the school’s varsity athletic teams are also given special scholarships.
6. The scholarships granted are, however, forfeited once the student violates the school’s rules and regulations.

As part of our commitment in developing future talents and leaders that will drive change for a better world, the Aboitiz College Scholarship Program (ACSP) continues to provide financial assistance, holistic learning and experience and exposure, and mentoring partnership to undergraduate students pursuing degrees related to Accountancy, Business / Management / Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Communications and Social Sciences (Psychology, Economics and Political Science).

Financial assistance covers tuition and miscellaneous expenses, book requirements and transportation needs. The scholarship is renewable every semester, for as long as the student maintains the 85% GPA requirement (or its equivalent) and makes normal progress toward a degree.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Scholarship Program, the applicant must:

Be a full-time 1st to 4th year incoming student of an eligible college or university.

Be pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business / Management / Finance, IT, Engineering, Communications or Social Sciences (Psychology, Economics and Political Science);

Have a final average grade / cumulative overall GPA not lower than 85% or its equivalent;

Not have a failing or incomplete grade;
-
Not have a record of any form of disciplinary action; and,
-
Must have fully accomplished the online application form and submitted the requirements on time.

PROGRAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must fully accomplish the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM on the given deadline.
The following are the attachments needed as you go through the form:

For incoming 1st year applicants ONLY: a certified true copy of the applicant’s complete high school report card.

For incoming 2nd year to 4th year college applicants ONLY: a certified true copy of the applicant’s college transcript for all undergraduate course work, ending with the grades from the last semester of SY 2016 – 2017 (or the latest official document the school can provide).

Certification from the School Principal or Registrar stating the final average grade (for incoming 1st year applicants), or the overall cumulative GPA/GWA of the applicant (for incoming 2nd to 4th year applicants).

GPA/GWA certification should also include the percentage equivalent grade.

Certifications supporting leadership experience, awards received, and community involvements.

Applicants will also be asked to provide details of their evaluator of choice – one from the academe and one from non-academe. A link will be sent to them for the recommendation form.
